Our Service
Suburban Insurance was a pioneer in agency automation and has remained on the cutting edge of technology. This has given us the ability to provide the most efficient service possible to our clients. Not only do we have the technology, but we know how to use it.

We were one of the first agencies to interface with our companies. We now process all personal auto, homeowners, and some commercial insurance, including applications and changes, directly from our agency management system providing our clients with the fastest service available. Our clients no longer have to wait for the company to process our paperwork. Even binders and certificates are issued and faxed directly from our system. By optimizing our use of automation, we not only provide the best service to our clients, but also reduce expenses for both our agency and our companies.
